Pam is a visionary supply chain and operations strategist and practitioner with 25 years of global experience across electronics, aerospace, industrial automation, med device and healthcare industries. With 15 years leading at the VP level, working across 19 countries, Pam’s trademark transformative approach enables impressive bottom- & top-line results through innovative strategies.

Well-known in the industry, Pam was named as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain by B2G and gained recognition by Gartner for leading her team to #4 in the Top 5 Supply Chain Teams in Healthcare.  She is also an active STEM mentor, has spoken at numerous conferences, and universities and is currently advisor to Baylor University and the Supply Chain Degree Program at UT Dallas (Ranked #8 by Gartner).

As a recognized "Woman in Manufacturing" with a NAM/STEP Award in 2015, Pam's expertise spans strategic sourcing, global supply-chain management, lean-manufacturing, and implementing digital strategies. Her cross-functional leadership and vision have led to significant improvements in financial results, operational excellence, and team development.

Pam holds a BS in Geophysics from Brown University, MS Electrical Engineering from University of RI and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
